Well with all the generosity going on around blogland .... so many fantastic auction/raffle items and so many amazing and generous bids on those aforementioned items ... I really wanted to say thank you to all that have gotten involved in the Qld Flood Appeal Auctions by having a giveaway!!
If you haven't gotten involved yet it is not too late. Auctions and raffles (most raffles are now open until Wed 26th of January) are open until midnight on Monday 24th January 2011.
Click here for more details on the auctions.
So what am I giving away?? ......................
It's a much sought after charm pack of Aneela Hoey's adorable "Sherbet Pips"!!
To enter all you have to do is tell me which item you have bid on, or that you are holding an auction/raffle yourself, or that you are participating in "Quilts For Queensland". You don't necessarily have to bid on my auctions, but if you did it would make my day ;) (my auctions are now closed).
This giveaway is open until 12 midday ACST (Australian Central Standard Time) on AUSTRALIA DAY, Wednesday the 26th of January 2011.
The winner will be picked by the trusty random number generator.

How very generous of you! I am auctioning off a quilt on my blog (as you would know as you bid on it - thanks!) and I'm also selling patterns and donating the proceeds.

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI am participating in Quilts for Queensland, as well as Sarah London's Crochet a Rainbow. I am so proud of the online community, and the work people have done to create auctions, and come up with so many ways to help out. It is truly inspiring.
I haven't bid on anything yet, because my husband's business is really struggling right now, but I feel so much for those suffering in Queensland. I think the online community is so amazing, how much good all you ladies do. You are great!

Your pillows are SO pretty! I wish I could bid on so many things... My hometown (Nashville, Tennessee USA) was devastated by floods recently. Though on a much smaller scale, people and a place I love suffered.

Best wishes!!
I love your cushions and am so disappointed not to be able to bid on them. Thank you for being so generous.
ReplyDeleteI've entered raffles run by Sarah Fielke, Fat Quarterly and Rebecca at Chasing Cottons; hoping to manage a little more too.
